Clinical Research Fellow
Amy Mallorie studied medicine at Imperial College London, and graduated with numerous academic prizes and awards.
As part of her postgraduate medical training she was an NIHR academic clinical fellow at the Institute for Cancer Research. She moved to Oxford to pursue specialty training in chemical pathology (clinical biochemistry) at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. She has subspecialty interests in diabetes and lipids.
Amy joined CTSU as a clinical research fellow in 2022 working on the ASCEND-PLUS trial, which is testing oral semaglutide in patients with diabetes. She will also be working towards a higher degree during her time at CTSU.
